Afroscholars.com is a Phillips
Consulting initiative.
Our mission, alongside that of our partners,
UBA Foundation and MTN Nigeria, is to contribute
visibly to bringing Africa to the forefront
of the global economy.
The African continent is not only well endowed
with mineral resources but also with an
invaluable human resources base. The continent
has highly skilled and knowledge individuals
many of whom have become notable scholars.

With this in mind, the Afroscholars project will
provide an avenue for the rest of the world to
tap into the rich human resource base of the African
continent. It will also provide Africans with
more awareness and exposure to the immense possibilities
that lie outside of our continent.
The primary goal of this project is to create
an online database and resource for African students
which will provide accurate, comprehensive and
relevant information on study scholarships to
universities, colleges and other higher institutions
in the US, UK, Sweden, Canada and Nigeria.
